Rental Details

  • Booking your dream car or van is simple:

    1. Choose your vehicle and select your dates.

    2. Provide your driver’s license & insurance details for verification.

    3. Confirm with payment & security deposit.

    4. Receive booking confirmation with pick-up or delivery details.

  • What We Require

    • Active personal auto insurance policy that extends to rental vehicles.

    • Full coverage (comprehensive and collision) must be in place. Liability-only policies are not accepted.

    • Primary driver listed on the rental agreement must match the insurance policyholder.

    • We will preform a verification call with your insurance provider on a recorded line- we may ask that you join or update insurance prior to handing over the keys

    ⚠️ Important Notes

    • Exotic, luxury, or specialty vehicles may require higher coverage limits.

    • Some policies exclude certain vehicle types—please confirm eligibility with your provider before booking.

    • If your coverage cannot be verified, you will not be permitted to take the vehicle.

    • Renters are responsible for any uncovered damages, loss of use, or administrative fees not covered by their policy.

    We want your rental experience to be smooth, safe, and fully protected. Usually we can take care of this verification on the backend but we appreciate your patience and preparation.

  • ✅ Accepted Payment Methods

    • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

    • Prepaid cards, cash, or checks are not accepted.

    💳 Charges & Deposits

    • Rental fee: Charged in full at the time of booking or prior to vehicle release.

    • Security deposit: A hold is placed on your credit card at checkout. The hold amount varies by vehicle type (luxury, exotic, SUV, or van).

    • Refunds: Security deposits are released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition, minus any fees for damage, late returns, tolls, or tickets.

    ⚠️ Additional Payment Rules

    • Primary cardholder must be the renter. The name on the card must match the rental agreement.

    • Authorized driver requirement: Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle—unauthorized use may result in forfeiture of deposit.

    • Chargebacks will result in possible suspension of future rental privileges, please reach out to us before going this route

    • Incidental charges (fuel, cleaning, tickets, damage) will be billed to the card on file.

  • To rent a vehicle from Murci Luxury, you must be at least 21 years old. Some high-performance vehicles may have higher age requirements.

  • You must possess a valid driver's license that has been held for at least one year. International driver's licenses are accepted.

    We reserve the right to check your driving record. A clean driving record may be required for certain high-performance vehicles.

    • Pick-Up: Collect your vehicle at our location at no extra cost.

    • Delivery: Available to homes, hotels, and airports within our service area. Delivery fees may apply outside our standard radius.

    • Verification on Delivery: All renters must be present with valid ID and payment card at the time of hand-off.

    • Walkthrough inspection and video documentation before release.

    • Verify license, insurance, and rental agreement.

    • Security deposit hold placed on card.

    • Keys handed over once everything is confirmed.

    • Return vehicle at agreed time and location.

    • Final inspection and video documentation completed.

    • Fuel, mileage, and condition verified.

    • Security deposit released (minus any applicable fees).

    • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial fee.

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

    • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and theft-protection systems.

    • Remote immobilizer may be used in case of theft or breach of rental agreement.

    • Systems are designed to protect both renters and owners while ensuring a safe experience.

    • Our fleet includes luxury, exotic, SUVs, and adventure vans.

    • Restrictions:

      • No racing, towing, off-roading, or track use.

      • No smoking or vaping inside vehicles.

      • Mileage limits apply; overages billed per mile.

      • Travel outside permitted regions (e.g., international) requires prior approval.

    • 24/7 customer support line for emergencies, breakdowns, or rental issues.

    • Guidance provided in case of accidents or insurance claims.

    • Concierge assistance available for trip extensions or special requests.

    • Return vehicle with the same fuel level provided.

    • Keep vehicle clean and smoke-free (cleaning fees apply otherwise).

    • Responsible for tolls, tickets, and violations during rental.

    • Ensure only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement operate the vehicle.
